This three-year curriculum combines 18 months of rigorous clinical genetics training and 18 months of personalized curriculum focused on intensive supervised research training in medical genetics. The clinical genetics training portion of the curriculum is 18 months. The trainees will be eligible to sit for the certification exam in clinical genetics offered by the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ABMGG) following the successful completion of this residency, and they will be fully prepared to begin their careers as medical geneticists and researchers.Combined Pediatrics and Medical Genetics Residency
